With particle removal above 99.9999999 % at 0.003 µm at maximum flow rate, SCF filters meet SEMI E49.8-96 requirements. Designed with Membralox ceramic element and 316L VAR stainless steel housing.

Particulate Filters FW Series (Inline welded)

All-Welded Inline Filters (FW Series)

FW filters are compact and feature all-welded construction, which provides reliable fluid containment. A body-to-element weld prevents bypass flow, yet these filters are easily cleaned by backflushing.

Tee-Type Filters (TF Series)

With TF filters a filter element can be replaced without removing the body. Replaceable sintered and strainer elements come in a range of nominal pore sizes. Choose from several end connection options.

Gas Filters (FC Series)

Our stainless steel FC filters can mount horizontally to save space. They have a drain connection port on the body, which eliminates the need to disconnect the line when changing elements. Several end connection options.

Inline Filters (F Series)

Our compact F Series filters have replaceable sintered elements and strainer elements in a range of nominal pore sizes. End connection options include Swagelok tube fittings, NPT, tube adapter, and male VCR face seal fittings.

Filter Retainer Assemblies

Our one-piece assembly replaces the separate "circlip" retaining ring, mesh and filter ring of the old design. The carrier maintains a seal around the inlet port wall, ensuring contamination does not bypass the filter.

Membralox Technology

Membralox ceramic filters are constructed with layers of material of decreasing pore sizes. This allows particles of larger size to be caught in the outer zone while trapping smaller particles in the inner zone. A final sintering process fuses the layers together. The benefits of multiple layers are longer life and higher efficiency.

TF Series Sintered Elements

Here an element can be replaced without removing the body. Replaceable sintered elements are available in 0.5, 2, 7, 15, 60, or 90 µm nominal pore sizes; replaceable strainer elements in 40, 140, 230, or 440 µm. Pair with Swagelok tube fittings, NPT, and tube socket or tube butt weld ends. Alternative fuel service options.

FW Series Body-to-Element Welds

FW Series inline filters save space, have all-welded construction, and are easily backflushed. The sintered element is available in 0.5 µm nominal pore size, while pleated mesh elements are available in 2, 7, and 15 µm nominal pore sizes. For end connections choose from Swagelok tube fittings, NPT, and male VCR face seal fittings.
